A MESSAGE FROM THE DESK OF

As a native Washingtonian and a graduate of D.C. public schools, I was raised with a strong belief in core values. I understood from a young age that despite the differences among D.C.’s residents, there are common threads that make us all part of this unique and vibrant city. As Chair, I will bring people together to better the quality of life of all residents by improving our schools, increasing access to job training, and making our neighborhoods safer. Every resident deserves the opportunity to participate in and enjoy all that our nation’s capital has to offer which is why I am excited to be your next Chairman of the City Council. Together, we will make a difference in this great city.
